VPCC Curriculum Process and Meeting Dates
2026-2027
The Curriculum Committee meets on the first Thursday of each month during the academic year.
The CISS (Curriculum, Instruction and Student Services) Committee convenes in person on the same day as the college board meeting from 4:30 – 5:45 p.m. A light meal is provided during the meeting. A public notice announcing CISS Committee meetings is published and posted at www.vpcc.edu.
Curriculum will be considered by the CISS Committee and local board on the same day. The State Board requires a two-month lead time for curricular submissions.
The college catalog is published in March of each year. All necessary curricular approvals must be completed by February for publication in the catalog.
